The hotel was set in a very central area not far from downtown Vancouver and harbour and restaurants. Again, the venue was near a shopping mall.
My bed was old, unfortunately.
Everything was great, polite stuff, fabulous views of the sea and mountains. The hotel had a very central location and it was an easy walk to Robson Street.
It was fairly clean & reasonably spacious hotel, perfect location and staff. I've had a such wonderful stay at the property.
Everything here was very good, I would stay here again. Unbeatable central location just next door to all shops and dining as well as the city center. The rooms were neat with a comfortable bed. The staff was attentive & professional.

Had great stay in this stunningly beautiful hotel, the staff were affable, location was incredible and right in the heart of the city. Our room was updated and new-fashioned, offered with updated bathroom and comfortable beds, as for instance.
Spotless hotel with a friendly lobby. All the employees where fabulous and brilliant. We had an easy check-in and a very good communication.
The hotel is spacious and clean with a nice restaurant, I had an excellent stay. Its location was very central, a short walk to Need. The area was secure, a decent place for me.

Great staff and location, as advertised. Luxury bathroom, very big bed, stunning bedroom. It is authentic and jacuzzi is provided. It's in a newly refurbished building in the very pleasant area;))
Fabulous hotel, the stay was awesome, perfect location near restaurants and shopping. The room was gorgeous and bright with necessary facilities. The view was amazing, the bed was cozy. I liked spending time here.

Contemporary hotel, fairly clean, employees are absolutely amazing, and location is central downtown right in the city centre.
It was spotless, breakfast was solid! Knowledgeable staff, were happy to help. Located in the middle of the city. The terrace bar was busy and the drinks were complimentary.

The location was SPECTACULAR, staff was reasonably good. Though the room was immaculate and inviting it had not great views. Overall clean and well maintained hotel in West End district.
